Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a full return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same good condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging of the item.

For your order changes or cancellations, the subject email is required to be 'Order Changes/Cancellation' for us to process the change or cancellation. Please note that we try our best to process and ship out orders as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery for all of our great wonderful pet parents.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of purchase.Please confirm the shipping address with the customer service team before you send out any refund/return.


Refunds: (if applicable)

Once your return package item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return package.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or into your bank account/Paypal, within a few business days.


Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular fixed priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet after the 7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or Paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted into your account.

Next step, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or not in our quality standards. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@dogbed2u.com. We will be happy to serve you.



To return your product, please send us an email at hello@dogbed2u.com. We will help accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/package. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of full return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
